Mix in a lightly aluminum frame nestled in between the main steel frame of the RV. Some RV’s, not all by far, don’t have any issues with the “sandwich” floor until……………………………..The floor get wet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Water can happen from an array of issues, but is never limited too…. Plumbing leaks & rain water leaks are the 2 most common reasons for water damage. Regardless of the origin, water intrusion will warp & swell wood, separate glues & adhesives, and cause metal corrosion to screws & aluminum framing. All these issues lead to warped & uneven floors, damaged carpet & vinyl, and cracks & holes through the sub floor! JB’s can address all types of sub-floor repairs, and in most cases upgrade the weak-spots and high traffic areas.

Slide-Out Room Floors

Slide-out floors are built differently than the main floor of the RV. Slide-out floors are made from laminated & staggered plywood to create a 1” or thicker floor that can exceed 16’ in length. JB’s can remove your slide-out from the main body of the RV, and custom build a new floor to correct many issues that plague slide-out performance.
