JB’S offers mobile service to a large portion of New York State. Western NY, Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, Central NY, and the surrounding areas. We even offer limited shop scheduling for larger jobs, and transportation/ towing services. The PLUS!

JB’S service procedures: New Customers contacting JB’s for the first time can call (607)794-0110 or email: jbsrvservice@aol.com. Please leave a brief message with your name, the type of service you are looking for, and the best contact. JB’S will return your call to disuses options for service. Moving forward, JB’S will create an estimate for the service work requested through our platform “Shopmonkey”. Please have the following information available for creating an estimate and making appointments. Owners name, Phone number, email address, RV description/ Vehicle Identification Number/ Vin#, Address for billing, and the address for the service work. Estimate pricing is based on travel mileage, parts, and service time. *Please check our rates page for more information on Travel fees & pricing.* First time calls may have labor time(s) as a place holder, and times may be adjusted for the service call as necessary. After the estimate has been authorized by the customer, JB’S will schedule an appointment for approval. Upon our arrival for service JB’S will make necessary repairs if possible under the terms of the estimate. If further action will be required, JB’S will discuss all options with the customer before exceeding the estimate terms. JB’S will create an updated or new estimate as needed for your approval.

Approvals are required for all estimates before an appointment can be scheduled. A deposit may also be required before before parts can be ordered, or before scheduled appointments. All invoices balances & terms are due upon completion of all work on the estimate, and invoice totals won’t exceed the estimate unless approved by you, (the customer) & JB’S RV Service PLUS!

Our Shopmonkey platform has streamlined our business, and has prevented the common issues that arise when utilizing an RV dealer. We here JB’S are a small business that prides ourselves on our quick, reliable, and many varied services with RV’S and beyond! The PLUS!

JB’S receives a high volume of calls, text, voicemails, and social media questions. JB’S may book services out 3-4 weeks during peak periods, but we usually can turn around most jobs within a 2 week period or less! This includes major jobs as well like roof replacements and appliances installations. The PLUS! Of-course weather, shipping & unexpected issues can arise.
